A stylish metallic finish camera with a striking black ring around the lens, the Canon Digital IXUS 75 has many advanced features working with you to produce excellent results.

DIGIC III processor ensures quick responses and excellent image quality whilst iSAPS technology checks each scene and selects the best settings to achieve optimum results. For portrait shots the Face Detection AF/AE/FE detects faces in the frame and automatically selects correct focus, flash and exposure settings.

The Canon Digital IXUS 75 has 7.1 megapixel allowing prints of up to poster size, 3x optical and 4x digital zoom (combination of 12x zoom) giving crystal clear images. Images can be viewed on the 3" P-Si TFT LCD which has an anti-glare, scratch resistant coating.

The Canon IXUS 75 is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery NB-4L (battery and charger supplied) and this battery will give an approximate life of 210 shots. A 32MB memory card is supplied and the Digital IXUS 75 works with SD, SDHC and MMC cards. Images are stored as JPEG, Exif 2.2, DCF, DPOF and AVI/WAVE. Movies can be shot as 640x480 at 30/15fps, 320x240 at 60/30/15fps and 160x120 at 15fps.

Shooting modes include; auto, manual, digital macro, stitch assist and there are special scene modes such as snow, beach, indoor, kids & pets, night, aquarium and underwater. The waterproof case allows for underwater shots to be taken up to 40 metres. My Colors offers the facility to add colour effects such as vivid (green, red, blue), sepia, black & white and neutral.

Flash modes on the Canon Digital IXUS 75 are auto, manual flash on/off with the ability to correct red-eye. White Balance offers auto, daylight, tungsten, fluorescents, custom and cloudy with ISO sensitivity of auto, high ISO auto, 80/100/200/400/800/1600. ISO 1600 allows for clear, bright images to be shot in low light conditions and auto ISO compensates for camera blur.

The Canon Digital IXUS 75 is PictBridge compatible, delivering photos in seconds.
