Kodak EasyShare M873 Review

The Kodak EasyShare M873 zoom digital camera is due to be released by Kodak in August 2007. The Kodak EasyShare M873 has a slim, stylish all-metal body that is full of features to enable you to make it personal.

There are 23 scene modes including beach, snow, sunset and sport together with 5 colour modes to choose from and tv quality videos can be recorded and edited on camera (640 x 480 at 30fps). Images can be viewed on the large 2.5" LCD the same way up even though they have been taken both vertically and horizontally.

Kodak AF 3X optical aspheric lens ensures clarity and, having 8MP, great prints can also be produced as large as 30" x 40". The 3x optical zoom offers close shooting with the 5x digital zoom bringing you closer still. Other features include ISO up to 1600, digital image stabilisation reducing blur from camera shake or movement, 32MB of internal memory and compatible with SD/MMD Card.

Being part of the KODAK EASYSHARE system means that the Kodak M873 allows you to share your pictures, starting with the touch of a button, and the software included in the package shows the easiest way to find and share with others.

Optional accessories to the Kodak M873 include Camera Dock Series 3 which can transfer pictures and charge your battery, Photo Frame Dock 2 allowing you to create a custom slide show, transfer your images and recharge your battery, G610 Printer Dock and Photo Printer 500 working with or without a computer and featuring Perfect Touch technology.
