Olympus FE-120 Review

The Olympus FE-120 has 6 megapixels and 3x zoom lens which gives excellent results even when close up shots are taken. The super macro technology allows you to be as close as 2cm from your subject and still show the smallest detail in your photo.

For those without much experience the FE-120 will assess the correct exposure for your scene and it is therefore possible for even a beginner to produce excellent photographs.

The Olympus FE-120 has a very clear menu system so that features can be selected at the touch of a button.

With the Olympus FE-120 you can also choose from 16 scene modes to suit whatever scene you wish to capture. These include Night, Candlelight and Portrait.

Movies can also be recorded and it has a 4.6 cm LCD.

The FE-120 is PictBridge compatible and uses AA batteries.

Very pleased with the camera for the price, miss a viewfinder tho'! Can anyone advise me which kind of xD card I need to upgrade memory? I want either 512mb or 1gb, but there seem to be so many kinds I would like to know which one is best for this camera.

Recently acquired this camera which I have found to be very easy to use. It has a simple menu system and all commands are at the touch of a button.

So far I have taken some excellent pictures and have been particularly pleased with some close-up shots I took. The detail is fantastic.

The battery life has been good and it is handy that this camera will take standard AA batteries.

Haven't shot a movie yet, but it is good to know that I can if I want.

I thought the price was good for this quality of camera and I have been impressed with the quality of the photos I have taken so far.

I haven't loads of experience and have found the FE120 easy to use as it will choose the appropriate settings automatically if I am not sure. There are also quite a sizeable number of scene modes which I can also make use of - everything helps :).

Will enjoy using this camera...

The screen on the fe120 is quite small but otherwise it is a good all round camera that takes quality photos.
