The Olympus FE-150 with 5 megapixel CCD produces high quality detailed images under any circumstances and, when the 3x optical and 4x digital zoom are combined, close up shots give excellent results.

With its metal body, this stylish camera is very suitable for beginners and those who want to point and shoot as it has the feature of 5 scene modes to choose from where settings have been preselected for certain conditions. These choices are; portrait, landscape, night, self portrait and digital image stabilisation. The Olympus FE-150 has automatic sensitivity of between ISO 64 - 320 and automatic White Balance.

The Olympus FE-150 has built-in flash as auto, fill-in, off and red-eye reduction and the camera is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with an AC adaptor available as an optional accessory. The camera has 9MB internal memory and facility to take Xd-Picture Card (16/32/64/128/256/512 and 1GB).

Still images are stored as JPEG, Exif 2.2 support, Print Image Matching III support, DPOF support and DPS with movies on QuickTime Motion JPEG at 15fps. The FE-150 has a 2.5" TFT LCD monitor which makes framing compositions simple to ensure that you achieve the picture you want.
