Sony DSC-S650 Cybershot Review
The Sony DSC-S650 Cybershot is a compact, easy to use camera with an on-screen function guide and excellent shots can be taken even in low light conditions due to the high ISO sensitivity of 1000.
This camera achieves up to 14x smart zoom (with VGA) with its 3x optical zoom, 6x digital zoom and high quality Sony lens.
The Sony DSC-S650 Cybershot has 7.2 megapixel Super HAD CCD and is powered by two standard AA batteries. The alkaline LR6 batteries supplied produce a stamina battery life of 100 shots / 50 mins and are easily obtainable.
The Sony S650 has an internal memory of 24MB and is compatible with Memory Stick Duo, PRO Duo High Speed, PRO-HG D and images are stored as JPEG, AVI. Movies can be shot as 320x240 at 30fps. Pictures can be played back as sideshow (with zoom facility) on the 2" TFT bright LCD screen that has an approximate field of view of 100%. Pictures can also be rotated and resized.
White Balance modes are auto, daylight, cloudy, fluorescent and incandescent and ISO sensitivity is auto/100/200/400/800/1000. Flash modes include auto, forced flash, slow synchro and red-eye reduction and there is a choice of preset scene selections including; beach, snow, landscape, twilight and twilight portrait.
The Sony DSC-S650 Cybershot has indicators showing battery remaining and disk/memory stick availability and also comes supplied with AV & USB cables, wrist strap and software. The Sony DSC-S650 is PictBridge compatible for direct connection to a printer without using a PC.

I have a problem with my camera, sony DSC-S650, that lost all the file because of viruses infection. All the files are deleted and the camera cannot be switched on. I need the answer how to fix it.

I just bought the Sony CyberShot DSC-S650 today. I shot some test pictures in the vendor's office and the quality seemed to be okay but now, all the pics I took in interesting places are really blur on my PC... could someone please tell me if there's is anything I can do to get the best image quality as one would expect from a Sony Prouduct?
Also, the audio quality of the video recording is terrible.

Well, the main problem is that Original Sony Lens on the camera...
Unfortunately I've bought a sony dsc-s650 5 days before and I tried to take some test photos in home and outside..and why I'm not taking best quality and so sharpness photos with by using this cam....??

this is my second sony DSC (my previous one was a DSC P41). yes the battery supplied with the camera lasts longer than expected. overall i like this camera. still i am adjusting to get to know the camera better.
