The Sony Cybershot DSC-T100 is a smart, slim camera finished in silver aluminium which will easily fit into a pocket or bag and be available whenever an unexpected photo opportunity arises.

The technology within the Sony DSC-T100 includes double anti blur which combines Super SteadyShot and ISO high sensitivity of 3200, hand shake alert and Face Detection which will automatically focus upon any faces within your shot.

The Cybershot DSC-T100 has a BIONZ processor for improved picture quality and DRO technology which will correct contrast and exposure automatically. This camera has 8 megapixels super HAD CCD, ZEISS 5x optical zoom lens, 10x digital zoom, 8.5x HD smart zoom and up to 25x smart zoom.

The Sony DSC-T100 is easy to operate with an on-screen function guide. Images are viewed on the 3" Clear photo LCD screen which has an approximate field of view of 100% and are recorded either onto the 31MB internal memory or on Memory Stick (Duo, PRO Duo, PRO Duo high speed, PRO-HG Duo) - there is a disk/memory stick remaining indicator. Recording format is JPEG, MPEG1, DCF, DPOF and playback functions include slideshow, slideshow with music, rotation, zoom and trimming. HD slideshow with music can also be played back on an HD television. Movies can be recorded in VGA 30fps movie mode with audio (MPEG Movie VX).

There are special scene features to choose from where settings have automatically been chosen for you in respect of particular situations and these include; twilight, landscape, twilight portrait, soft snap, snow and beach. White Balance offers auto, cloudy, fluorescents, daylight and incandescent, ISo sensitivities are auto, 80/100/200/400/800/1600/3200 and flash modes are auto, slow syncro, forced, red-eye reduction and no flash.

The Sony Cybershot DSC-T100 is powered by a rechargeable Lithium N NP-BG1 battery giving an approximate life of 340 shots/170 minutes under normal shooting conditions. The camera has a battery life indicator and a battery charger is included as part of the package. The Sony DSC-T100 is also PictBridge compatible and photos can be printed without having to use a PC.
