Sony DSC-T20 Cybershot Review
A slim, ultra stylish camera with silver aluminium finish and sliding lens cover, the Sony Cybershot DSC-T20 offers a variety of functions including double anti blur, face detection technology and hand shake alert.The Sony DSC-T20 has super HAD CCD image sensory, 8 megapixels, 3x optical zoom, 6x precision digital zoom and up to 15x (with VGA) Smart Zoom. The double anti blur technology combines Super SteadyShot and ISO 3200 high sensitivity whilst the face detection technology automatically finds and focuses on faces that may be in your shot.
ISO sensitivity ranges are; auto, 80/100/200/400/800/1600/3200, White Balance has auto, cloudy, flourescents, daylight and incandescent. Flash modes are auto, slow syncro, no flash, forced flash and red-eye reduction. There is also a choice of special scene modes where settings have been preselected to suit certain conditions and these include; landscape, snow, beach, twilight and soft snap.
Images are recorded as JPEG, MPEG1, DCF and DPOF and can be stored on the 31MB internal memory or by using Memory Sticks - Duo, Pro Duo, Pro Duo high speed and PRO-HG Duo. Images can be viewed on the 2.5" TFT LCD monitor and can be retouched and trimmed in-camera. The Sony Cybershot DSC-T20 has a VGA 30fps movie mode with audio (MPEG Movie VX). Playback can be HD slideshow with or without music either on camera or on an HD television as well as in rotation and zoom.
The Cybershot DSC-T20 is easy to use and is PictBridge compatible allowing connection to a printer without having to use a PC.
