Sony DSC-T50 Cybershot Review

The Sony DSC-T50 Cybershot with a start up time of 1.3 seconds, its double anti-blur technology, real imaging processor and easy touch screen operation produces excellent quality pictures from its slim and compact stainless steel body.

This camera has 7.2 megapixel Super HAD CCD, up to 14x smart zoom with its 3x optical zoom and 6x precision digital zoom and macro of 1cm - Carl Weiss Vario-Tessar lens.

The Sony DSC-T50 Cybershot is powered by an infolithium NP-FR1 battery with a stamina life of 200 minutes / 400 shots with a rechargeable battery and charger as supplied accessories. Images are stored as JPEG, MPEG1 with movies shot as 640x480 at 30fps/16.6fps - MPEG VX Fine/Standard and 160x112 at 8.3fps - MPEG Video mail. The Sony T50 Cybershot has an internal memory of 56MB and is compatible with Memory Stick Duo/ Duo Pro.

The DSC-T50 Cybershot has a bright 3" TFT Hybrid LCD touch screen and images can be played back as sideshow or sideshow with music, they can also be trimmed and resized. The screen has 100% field of view.

ISO sensitivity has auto/80/100/200/400/800/1000 with White Balance of auto, daylight, cloudy, incandescent and fluorescent. Flash modes include; auto, forced flash, slow synchro, red-eye reduction and white balance. The Sony DSC-T50 Cybershot has an AF illuminator and a choice of preset scene modes including; landscape, snow, twilight, beach, fireworks and twilight portrait.

The Sony DSC-T50 Cybershot also has indicators showing; battery life remaining, histogram, exposure warning and disk/memory stick availability. It is also PictBridge compatible allowing direct connection to a printer.

i bought this camera as a spare while my daughter used my main camera. i have taken hundreds of photos and i have been very ploeased with about 98% of the pictures. i find it so easy to use as i am just a point and shoot person.i found the battery life was extremely good and just seemed to last forever.the menu is very easy to use.this is a perfect camera for people who just want a small pocketable camera to take anywhere. one of the best buys i have made in a long time.cant praise this enough because i am a bit of a dinasour and this camera is just so easy even for me.
