I have collected a digital camera sony DSC-W70 Cybershot and i liked the images quality with beautiful colors but some images came with low quality if any movement happened in the sight , therefore you are kindly requested to arrange a kind of control for body movement as no one can fix the camera firmly.
Unfortunately i have lost my camera ( it fall down from my car at night ) and i have lost all my wonderfull photos.

I could really do with some help for my poorly DSC-W70. I tried to go direct to Sony for some advice but seem to be going around in circles!
When I turn the camera on, the lens moves in and out, the screen is black with the message 'access'. The battery is fully charged. It will not take pictures yet it allows me to view older photos so there isn't a power problem.
I read on another site of someone else having the same fault - is this a common problem with this model? Should I try to get it fixed or cut my lossess and opt for something a little more robust?
Many thanks, Laura
